Curriculum Materials Center

The Curriculum Materials Center (CMC) is part of Story Library at Central Baptist College and supports the college's Education Department. The CMC provides materials for Education faculty and students. It is the goal of the CMC to be an integral part of the educational process for current and future educators.

The CMC is open during regular library hours. In addition to research materials and online research resources, it provides access to computers and equipment that can be used in preparing class projects. Lab resources include a laminator, paper cutters, digital camera, digital camcorder, scanner, bulletin board materials, and education software.

CMC tours and orientations are scheduled by request each semester to meet individual class needs. Faculty may schedule orientations by contacting a CBC Librarian. CMC Orientation online version is also available. Faculty members are encouraged to orient their classes to the CMC collections and lab themselves. Individual classes could also occasionally meet in the library when students are working with CMC materials.
