Request Trial Access

Policy

Excerpt from Story Library's Collection Development Policy:

The Library will arrange trial access to electronic resources that are under consideration for a subscription. Trials are available to all faculty and staff and may or may not be available off campus. Purchases are dependent on cost, need, content, quality, ease of use, and feedback. The Library cannot guarantee the purchase of any product. Trials are time sensitive lasting, on average, up to 30 days. Access to trials will not be extended or renewed unless a purchase is imminent. Faculty and staff requesting a resource for review should contact the Library Director or the Systems Librarian.

Trial Databases

We are currently testing these databases. Please explore and provide us with your valuable feedback using the form below.

We’ll decide which databases to purchase based on need, content, quality, ease of use, costs, and other factors. We can’t promise that these databases will be purchased or, if purchased, that we can continue to provide them, but we welcome and value your input!

(This trial will not work off campus. If you need remote access and are a CBC student, faculty or staff, please contact Systems Librarian, Crystal Long.)

No databases are being trialed at this time.

Feedback Form

Using the short form below, please provide feedback for the database you just previewed. Your review will help Story Librarians to make better decisions about purchasing databases.
