CBC students fill out the ArkLink form.
After students fill out the form, write down their ID number on the ArkLink card, and make sure they sign the card in front of you.
lnitial the ArkLink card with your initials and date it.
Remind the students to show their CBC ids and their ArkLink cards at the other university libraries when they go to borrow books.
Go into their library accounts in the circulation system and update with ArkLink in the Borrower Fields screen.
We need their student IDs and their ArkLink cards to create account.
Create an account for them using their student ID number, and make a note/comment in account that student is from another university.
Students from other universities can check out 2 books at a time.
